Public Features
Some features requested by customers have broader appeal and may benefit the entire JeraSoft community. For these requests, we offer two options:
Free Development
- Your request is added to our development backlog and prioritized based on demand
- Once prioritized, the feature will be included in the development roadmap and implemented in a future software release at no additional cost.
Accelerated Development
- If you’d like the feature sooner, we can allocate the nearest available time slot to develop it
- The feature will be included in an upcoming software release as quickly as possible, but this option requires an additional development fee.
Regardless of the option chosen, your custom feature will be part of future software updates. Features in high demand may also receive further updates and improvements, maximizing their value to your business.
Private Features
For features tailored exclusively to your business needs, our team offers a bespoke development service:
- Customized Quote: We provide an estimate based on the feature’s complexity and the time required to develop it.
- Hourly Rates: Private development is charged at agreed hourly rates, with time slots subject to availability.
- Ongoing Support: Some private features may require additional support fees, discussed individually.
